About the Role:
We are seeking an HR & Training Coordinator to support recruitment, employee engagement, and training initiatives across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
- Organize employee training and development programs
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Support performance management activities
- Act as a communication bridge between employees and management
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of HR or training coordination experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with distributed teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience in remote workforce management
- HR software or ATS exposure
- Training content coordination experience
