Techture is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work remotely with global clients on scalable, long-term software projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications

- Lead technical decisions and review code quality

- Collaborate with global product, design, and QA teams

- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

- Mentor junior developers and support team growth

Required Experience

- 6–8+ years of professional software development experience

- Strong knowledge of modern frameworks and system design

- Excellent English communication skills
